A collective mentorship to stay connected and keep the growth alive! If you are craving more knowledge, an open forum to ask questions and a space to blossom, this is it.

Together we will cultivate meaningful discussions and set personal goals to take you deeper on your journey. The topic of conversations are unlimited. We will go into depth on theming authentically, create lists of carefully curated cues, share feedback and ideas, and so much more.

Every month our group will get together via Zoom and discuss pre-organized topics such as how to theming your classes authentically, crafting advanced cues, developing mindful transitions and a whooole lot more!
Get monthly unlimited access to live classes and our huge library of recorded classes. Take as many classes as you like and any format that you want. This is intended to get you on your mat to gain knowledge and take care of yourself.
This group mentorship program gives you a free 1 hour mentorship call with Nichole to discuss your dreams and get support on any questions you may have.
This is where you can learn more about inversions, work into a specific area of the body and take notes on how to lead your own workshops through Q and A.
